How can I register in the shop?
To register in our online shop, please proceed as follows: Click on the "Account" button on the top right of the home page. In this click on "Register". You will now be redirected to the registration page
Fill in the fields with your data on the registration page.
Important: You can assign a completely new username and password here, even if you were already a customer in our previous shop.
Are you already a customer of CMC Klebetechnik?
If you already have a customer number, you can enter it here. If you do not have this to hand, your customer advisor will assign your user account to your existing customer account after registration.
Then you will be assigned a customer number after the registration process.
After successful registration you will receive an email confirmation. Your user account will be verified and approved by us as soon as possible.
After successful activation, you can order in our online shop.
If you have any further inquiries, we will be happy to address them!
What are the advantages of registering?Registered customers have the option of paying by invoice.
You can also view your order history. Existing CMC customers can also view the order history of their entire customer account (not just the online shop).
Can I enter my order number?
Yes. During the ordering process, you have the option of entering your name (as a contact person), an order reference and your order number (commission).
How quickly will my order be processed?
We guarantee that your order will be processed quickly. We are available for you on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Of course, you can also reach us outside of our opening times by fax, email or online form. We look forward to your inquiry!

What payment options do I have?As a registered customer, you can pay by invoice, prepayment or via the online payment service PayPal.
If you place a guest order, you can pay in advance or use the online payment service PayPal.
